Failure Is Good for Business

I had the good fortune this week to present to my peers at the National Association of Realtors® Conference in San Francisco, CA. The subject of my talk: Failures and mistakes and how to leverage them for success. This was an easy one for me, with lots of personal material to draw from.

Using my own foibles as fodder (from the time I accidentally sent a husband-only text to a client, to the time I ignored medical symptoms with grave consequences), I attempted to normalize the idea of failure. I even encouraged it, as long as you also know to follow 5 important steps for recovery which I will recap here.
